 The 80VX-3 is the largest of mini-excavators from IHI/Compact Excavator Sales, offering more than brute strength to improve productivity in the most demanding work situations. This all new 18,000 lb excavator is a zero-tail machine that comes standard with an additional 900 lb. counterweight for added stability. The 80VX-3 exhibits the power and performance representing a new world standard. This mini excavator offers a comfortable operating environment with a wide cabin that has the largest space in its class. It has a compact size zero tail swing with a 7'2" width, especially beneficial when working in tight spaces.

The 80VX-3 operator's station includes such features as a newly designed monitor, a 2 speed travel switch located on the backfill blade lever, and the auxiliary hydraulics switch.  All are located on the hand fitted short joystick levers allowing  comfortable and spacious legroom.

Ensuring Safety
 Gate Lock

A master locking system has been adopted.  When the gate lock lever

is pulled up, all lever actions like boom, arm, bucket, swing, boom swing,

dozer and travel are inoperative.
